Awarse Labs (CRO Business Name Registration No. 793328, Ireland), operated by Sean Kildunne ("we", "us"), is committed to privacy-by-design and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

This Privacy Policy describes how we process data when you browse awarselabs.com, purchase our developer tools, or run our applications.

2. Local-First & Zero DOM Egress Architecture

Our core developer tooling—including Healwright (Playwright self-healing locators) and SeatPrune (SaaS FinOps agents)—is built on local FastMCP execution.

  • Zero DOM / Test Egress: Web page DOM structures, Playwright session screenshots, trace logs, test credentials, and application code remain strictly on your local machine or private CI runner.
  • No Cloud Model Forwarding: Test execution artifacts are never transmitted to external cloud endpoints or proprietary LLM telemetry servers by our tools.
  • Local MCP Processing: All locator repairs, heuristics, and license audit parsing occur within local processes communicating over standard I/O (stdio).

3. Personal Data We Collect

A. Website Usage & Edge Analytics

We host our static web pages on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects privacy-preserving edge metrics (country of origin, browser user-agent, referrers) without setting tracking cookies or collecting personal identifiers.

B. Payment & Subscription Details (Stripe)

Payment transactions are processed directly by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not store or process your complete credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank credentials. Stripe collects billing name, email address, IP address, and transaction metadata to process recurring charges, manage invoices, and prevent fraud under Stripe's independent privacy policy.

C. Direct Communications

If you contact us via [email protected], we retain your email address and conversation history solely to resolve technical queries and deliver customer support.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR Article 6)

  • Contractual Performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): To manage your active software subscription, deliver license updates, and process billing.
  • Legal Obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)): To maintain statutory financial records, CRO registrations, and tax documentation required by Irish law and Revenue.
  • Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): To maintain the security, uptime, and integrity of our web deployment infrastructure.
